Tune in Tuesday 22nd Tuesday of every month at 10 am we will cover various topics such as advocacy, mental health, alzheimers awareness, heart health, and social connection with some outstanding experts on the topics. These monthly meetings will allow you to ask questions in a supportive environment, learn practical tips, and stay informed and proactive about topics covered!
